This contest runs from May 7th to 12 Midnight, July 15th EST

Vampires. They keep coming back but does it seem they keep coming back
in the same forms we're all a bit sick of? Aren't we all a bit tired
of:

• Angsty prettyboys?
• Ravening monsters that are just cannon fodder?
• Sparkly emo disco globes?
• Vicious pseudo-hip killers?

It's enough to make Bela Lugosi cry.

Well forget that. Your goal in this contest is to save the vampires
from themselves by creating new, creative, INTERESTING vampires. Go and
figure out a new kind of vampire, new story, different character,
anything but the same old stereotypes we've all grown tired of.

• Go to the Vampire
  Name Generator and generate a name of any kind – male, female,
  fantasy, etc.

Now once you have your great Vampire name, I want you to build an
interesting new character around it! Give us as much detail, character,
backstory, anything as long as it's NOT one of the annoying stereotypes
that have turned the undead into the uninteresting!  Then of course draw them – or take a photo of yourself cosplaying – or whatever creates a visual representation!
